Diana is the only person that I feel totally confident with when training individually or in a class.  I have several physical issues, bone spurs on the back of my knee caps and migraines if I get too hot or over-exerted, and I know I never have to worry about either of those with her but still get a very vigorous workout.  She is one of the only trainers that can teach a variety of disciplines, water aerobics, yoga, or gravity, and be attentive to technique, intensity and the limitations of the individual(s).  One of my favorite things about her is that she takes the time to work up the routines so they are varied often.  I never get bored working with her!  She is always thinking of how to improve or vary a technique to get more out of it.  I am so tired of “canned” workouts that are the same every time and make me responsible for knowing whether or not I can safely do the techniques shown.  I always feel great after a workout with Diana!  Gwendolyn Gates

Diana is a wonderful Yoga instructor.   She is mindful of the fact that degenerative joint disease/ or old injuries limit the mobility of some mature folks (me) and she's been very creative and helpful in creating modified versions of established positions to assist me.  I highly recommend Diana!!!  Lynne Hafkin
