Water Aerobics

 

Diana teaches a 45 minute water aerobics class Monday from 6:00 to 6:45 PM.

H20 Rock N Roll: Have FUN as you rock, twist, kick, high step and roll in this high energy water workout. "Rock N Roll" includes a variety of formats such as interval, pump, dance, conditioning, and yoga. Build core strength, improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance, plus increase balance and flexibility.
