Managing Stress Course Description
Diana Vandel has been facilitating Stress Management classes for
the corporate world and organizations since the 80's. Come to
this 2 hour seminar to learn by doing stress management techniques that
you can use immediately in staying calm, cool and collected! A twenty-two
page workbook is included along with one guided imagery CD.
Four areas that will be covered are: 1. Physical Exercise (Yoga included)
2. Relaxation (guided imagery, stretching and breathing exercises) 3.
Lifestyle Changes (address addictive habit patterns) 4. Attitudes toward
life (cognitive restructuring: self-talk and influences of subconscious
mind).
Wear comfortable clothing for physical exercise.
