Ball Yoga

What Is It?: Yoga Have A Ball is a fusion of the ultimate mind/body yoga practice and ball work. Blend the flexibility and strength of yoga with core stabilizing and balancing qualities from working with the stability ball. Add variety to your fitness regime, while reducing tension and stress. Plus have lots of fun doing it!
For All Levels: For beginners as well as seasoned fitness practitioners, this fun program is designed to get and keep you working at the level that is appropriate for you.
